Join our Kitecamps in Albania and explore with us the best Kitespots Albania has to offer.

To remain as flexible as possible we operate as a mobile kitesurfing school. This way we are able to make the most of our students’ lessons and potentially react to different winds. That said, our two main spots are around Durres. Our teaching areas are the best flat-water spots in Albania, perfectly suitable for beginner, pro, kitefoiler, and freestyler.
Our main beginner kitesurf spot is located in Rinia, 20 minutes north of Durres. An easy 40min drive from the international airport in Tirana.
This incredible spot offers perfect hip deep water, which makes learning and progression easy.

Depending on the season and region, you can expect different winds in Albania. From thermals to large-scale weather conditions, sirocco, maestral or local wind conditions.
Because Albania has such a long coastline, there is a good spot for almost every wind direction. From May to June, the wind usually comes from the south, south-west to west. The south wind is often stronger and can reach 30 to 40 knots. In summer, from July to August, a thermally stronger breeze usually blows from a northerly direction. These are then somewhat gentler and more predictable. Nevertheless, you need a certain sensitivity and spot knowledge for Albania to get the maximum water time out of it.
